Two boys enter a ritual apprenticeship with the same mentor and a third boy is abducted by a God. Elsewhere in time, Swimboy develops a crush on his teacher and Lucas goes on Grindr for the first time. A collection of stories from Ancient Greece to the present day, examining intergenerational relationships and the line between lover and mentor.

let’s talk about anything else by Anthony Anello (June 15)
A year after their friend’s untimely passing, a group of friends escape to the Berkshires for a week-long getaway. Despite their efforts to keep their pasts outside the walls of their secluded AirBnB, their grief continues to haunt them. A play about about bugs, strangers in the woods, and the unrelenting grasp of guilt.
The Rise and Fall of Adam Neumann: A Tragedy in Five Acts by Claire Greising (June 16)
Everyone knows the classic story: A man makes a company. The company seemingly thrives. The company abruptly fails. The man becomes a laughing stock. However, the truth of WeWork is more strange and bizarre than one could begin to imagine. Based loosely off of transcripts, real events, and the tragic story of Icarus, this satirical retelling of the meteoric fall of the infamous coworking company explores greed, failure, and all that is Gwenyth Paltrow.

Content Warnings: For let’s talk about anything else, a gun is mentioned in the play. As this is a reading, this will only be mentioned in stage directions, with no sound effects or props used.

*Please note that this performance will be presented at the Tank's in-person performance space at 312 W 36th St. All attendees and artists will be required to display proof of full covid vaccination before being admitted to the space, either by showing a vaccination record (vaccination card) at least two weeks out from the final dose of an approved vaccine, or by using New York's free Excelsior Pass service, available here. Patrons will also be required to wear masks while indoors at all times and for the time being, no food or beverage will be permitted to be consumed at the theater.
