Uncommon Application follows Jacqueline "Jack" Stewart, a high school senior facing constant pressure from her parents to go to a prestigious college. Following a stinging rejection from her first choice, she begins to realize that she may not be cut out to meet her parents' expectations. However, she is determined not to be a disappointment and begins to pursue some... unconventional methods to the college admissions process. She wants to prove that she can do it, that she is good enough, smart enough, strong enough. But the consequences of her lies inevitably catch up to her. Was all of it worth it? Will she make her own path in life? Can she ever be happy?
