Come one come all to see this crazy lineup at the tank
The BloodThirsty Unicorns
Rock and roll has never been so fucking evil as this; we are talking live unicorns, folks, with a thirst for human blood. It don't get much badder than that. In all seriousness, I've never heard this band so I'm having some trouble writing a blurb, but with a name like that it's awful hard to go wrong so COME SEE EM!
Telecosmic
Out of this world sounds from a band surprisingly comprised of earthlings. Space guitar, space drums, space vocals and of course space bass. Post Punk Shoegaze that will rock you out of the stratosphere. This is an intergalactic band, they are so stellar that 100% of their adjectives are cosmic.
Datura
Come explore the most inner recesses of the human mind with us as we take you on a musical journey into the unknown. It's not about how fucking great we are, it's about the death of ego and the power of self discovery; the full experience! You won't regret it.
Graffiti Monsters
I thought a Game Boy was a toy until I saw the Graffiti Monsters. Now I know that it's true use is to rock our minds. If they made Game Boys with sparkle finishes and Bigsby wammy bars, well then you could leave it to the Graffiti Monsters to let it usurp the electric guitar as THE iconic rock instrument. Did I mention how great this band is?
The Corrao Q
THE CORRAO Q have won renown across Staten Island and frequently been featured in AWE Magazine. Stripping down to rediscover the roots in order to understand the present, the band has revamped, reformatted, and has been re-inspired. Its a new energy and experience that we're looking foward to share with people for one more year. One thing to expect of the rock-driven, funk-spirited, and blues-hearted quartet is that it's all about the moment...and we hope it'll be a good one. http://myspace.com/thecorraoq
See it all at the fabulous TANK on JANUARY 10
