Living Liberally and The Tank Present the Democratic and Republican Conventions

Christmas came early for political junkies this election year and the greatest gift of all is watching the Democratic and Republican National Conventions on TV. Get together with fellow progressives for Living Liberally’s Convention Parties to partake in the holiday cheer: we’ll be watching, debating, laughing and—of course—drinking liberally every night of both conventions.

While you can’t sit on Barack Obama’s lap and tell him you want to find a sensible energy policy under the tree this year, you can say it at the open mic, in between Laughing Liberally comedians and Acceptance Speech drinking games. And if you’re more of a Grinch, come to the RNC party for a GOP quiz night, plus more comedy and drinking games. But, really, there’s no reason you can’t treat yourself and come to both this holiday season because all eight nights are free with cheap drinks, big screens, guest speakers & lots of Lefty camaraderie.
